Experiencing a loss of any kind can be extremely overwhelming.  At City Insurance you will get the professional service you need when filing a claim.  Our claims department is here to make sure that your claim is handled properly and quickly by your insurance carrier .  If you need anything, we want to know.  Our claims administrator is here to help whatever your claim might be.  For your convenience you may call our office to report your claim, even after hours.  It is a pleasure to serve you, our valued customer!

Here are some quick tips to help minimize claims this winter season:

• Keep your roof shoveled off to prevent ice dams and leaks from occurring.

• Keep sidewalks, steps and decks shoveled and salted to prevent slip and fall accidents.

• Trim tree limbs that could potentially break and fall from the weight of snow and ice.

• If you are traveling, please be ready with warm winter clothing, cell phone and first aid kit.

• Keep pipes susceptible to freezing wrapped with pipe insulation.

• Remember deer are moving this time of year and be aware of the road conditions while driving.

• Have your heater maintained and checked with a reputable contractor.

• Clean your gutters of leaves so that snow and ice doesn't build up in them.
